Thank you for shopping with Restored Salvation!
We offer both made-to-order products, Pre-Orders and In Hand inventory. Shipping times vary depending on the type of item purchased.
In-House Products
Items that are kept in stock are typically processed and shipped within 1 business day of your order being placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Made-to-Order Products
Certain products are made specifically for each customer after an order is placed. Please allow 3–7 business days for production before your order ships. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 9–14 business days.
Production times may increase during holidays, sales events, product launches, or periods of high demand.
Pre-Orders
Pre-order items are made to order. Estimated delivery is 4-6 weeks after purchase. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, they may ship separately.
Orders Containing Both Different Product Types
If your order contains both made-to-order, in-house, and/or pre-order items, your products may be shipped separately and may arrive at different times.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS notification containing tracking information when available.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to deliver orders as quickly as possible, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
"International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country."
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Restored Salvation is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
