At Restored Salvation, some of our products are made to order specifically for each customer. Because of this, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for reasons such as incorrect sizing, ordering the wrong product, change of mind, or buyer's remorse.
However, if there is an issue caused by us or our production partners, including manufacturing defects, printing errors, damaged items, or receiving the wrong product, we will gladly work with you to make it right.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order and include:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos showing the problem
If the issue is determined to be a production or fulfillment error, we may offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Sizing Responsibility
Please review all sizing information carefully before placing your order. Because our products are made to order, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for items that do not fit as expected.
